The following policy applies to all wholesale and distributor orders placed through the 7 Superstar Wholesale Portal. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. You will receive an email notification with a status update once your order has been processed. Large or custom orders may require additional lead time.
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on order size, weight, and destination. Carrier selection is at our discretion unless a specific carrier is requested and agreed upon in advance. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Wholesale accounts in good standing may qualify for freight discounts on larger orders. Specific rates are provided at the time of order confirmation.
We are unable to ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin. Orders placed to these destinations will be cancelled and refunded. Additional restrictions may apply — contact us before ordering if you are located in California, Illinois, Florida, or Mississippi.
If your shipment arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or credit at our discretion. Claims for lost shipments must be filed within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
Wholesale orders are non-returnable except in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped product. No returns are accepted for change of mind. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the sender's expense.
