Agreement

By applying for a wholesale account or placing any order through the 7 Superstar Wholesale Portal, you ("Retailer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this portal.

Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available only to:

• Businesses with a valid business license in their state of operation.
• Businesses holding a valid reseller's permit or sales tax exemption certificate.
• Businesses located in states where the sale of 7-Hydroxymitragynine products is permitted.
• Business owners or authorized representatives who are 21 years of age or older.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

Ordering

All orders placed through the portal are subject to availability and acceptance by 7 Superstar. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders from accounts in states with applicable restrictions. Order confirmation via email does not constitute final acceptance until the order is marked as processing.

Pricing

Wholesale pricing is provided upon account approval and is subject to change without notice. Prices shown on orders at time of submission are binding for that order. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time for future orders.

Payment

Payment terms are established at account approval and handled outside of this portal. Orders are not fulfilled until payment is confirmed per the agreed payment terms.

Compliance Obligations

Retailer agrees to:

• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale of 7-Hydroxymitragynine products.
• Enforce strict 21+ age verification at point of sale.
• Display all required warnings and notices.
• Not sell in prohibited jurisdictions.
• Not make unsubstantiated medical or health claims about any 7 Superstar product.

Violation of these obligations is grounds for immediate account termination without refund of outstanding inventory.

Intellectual Property

7 Superstar trademarks, logos, product images, and branding materials are the exclusive property of 7 Superstar. Authorized use of these materials is limited to promoting 7 Superstar products at your retail location. Any other use requires prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7 Superstar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of wholesale products or this portal. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of your most recent order.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these terms, non-payment, operating in a prohibited jurisdiction, or any conduct we deem harmful to our brand or business.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which 7 Superstar is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
